At One Leather BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- You may request an exchange if you receive a product that has size issues, manufacturing defects, or quality discrepancies.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with the price tag, packaging, and invoice intact.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are accepted for products of equal or higher value. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Flash Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items cannot be returned or exchanged simply for a change of mind.
- Discounted or marked-down products are not covered under this policy.
3. Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team:
- Hotline: 01970043332 (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday, excluding government holidays).
- Alternatively, you can email us at oneleatherbd@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once approved, return the item to our designated warehouse at Hasnabad, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.
- Exchanges will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the product in accordance with our policy.
4. Delivery Charges for Exchange
- Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
- Dhaka Sub-areas: 120 BDT
- Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT
- Please note: Delivery charges are borne by the customer for all exchange requests.
5. Refund Policy
If a product is unavailable for replacement, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.
Refunds are not applicable. We only offer product replacement or exchange under the conditions mentioned above.
