🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At One Leather BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You may request an exchange if you receive a product that has size issues, manufacturing defects, or quality discrepancies.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with the price tag, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are accepted for products of equal or higher value. If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Flash Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged simply for a change of mind.
  • Discounted or marked-down products are not covered under this policy.

3. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team:
    • Hotline: 01970043332 (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday, excluding government holidays).
    • Alternatively, you can email us at oneleatherbd@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Once approved, return the item to our designated warehouse at Hasnabad, South Keraniganj, Dhaka.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the product in accordance with our policy.

4. Delivery Charges for Exchange

  • Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
  • Dhaka Sub-areas: 120 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT
  • Please note: Delivery charges are borne by the customer for all exchange requests.

5. Refund Policy

If a product is unavailable for replacement, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.

Refunds are not applicable. We only offer product replacement or exchange under the conditions mentioned above.
